SYNMETA answered YES, furthermore they said that as per the SYNMETA agreement, money will be refunded within 90-120 days of visa application rejection but later no response from them. In reality they don't even apply for LCA but they just fill it with their hands and send across to you so that you can believe that they are doing it right
