First round was group discussion after clearing that direct face to face with manager they will check your communication and confidence level then if you are selected they will inform you on the same day the you will get call from hr after one week
Worst to the most,there where no proper organised interview and the kept the interview on the phon which totaly un acceptable,The staffs where very rude and the total place is like a mess
