Literally Pathetic , ideally any IT company’s interview process takes 2-3 rounds of technical discussion + Managerial round + HR discussion.
But here you won’t believe me I gave 6 technical round of interview then 3 HR discussions and still they didn’t know what they were actually expecting from me.
Talent team is very unskilled and unprofessional. They don’t know how to schedule an interview and how to keep this process smooth and easy. My interview was keeps scheduling 6 times and every time I cleared and got positive feedback too. But what next once you cleared the technical discussion. Guess?

They want immediate joiners and they takes 2 months only for interview process and still you won’t get cleared idea about are you really got selected or not.

it was good. there were two rounds of interviews. one technical second manageral. one should attend it. the process difference from post to post and even got good salary hike.
