Worst experience. I almost denied another offer for wipro but somehow managed to get it back on table when wipro hr ghosted after all discussions.
I had 3 rounds, first and second are technical and third is Hr.
1st Technical round - questions on java spring, springboot and others
2nd technical - taken by architect and questions asked mostly scenario based as well as some technical on java
3rd Hr round - HR related questions and discussed salary as well.
HR clearly mentioned to me that my expectation is out of their budget but if recruiter may have some exceptional approvals.
Same thing discussed with recruiter and she is all ok with my salary expectation and mentioned she will roll out the offer . I was also ready for negotiations but she said we have budget. Next she ghosted and not answering or replying to mails or calls.
Despite informing everything about all my expectations and agreed from recruiter she is now nowhere.
