Very Disappointing process. Started with a test with very vague logic questions that were not related to the role I'd applied to in any way. Not a single digital marketing question asked. If they're gonna judge me based on how i can differentiate between 4 similar pills and how to fill 4 gallons of water using a 3 gallon jug, I'm out.

Well this interview was more than a year ago at the time I am writing this but because one of my friends had a similarly not so great experience so I thought I should give a feedback here. I there defense this interview was held an year ago so they might have changed this for better or worse. They literally have an examination sheets to fill before you even get to a 1:1 interview with the CEO and HR and this questionnaire is hilariously irrelevant to this profile. I mean how the ability to answer questions like "How will you fill 4 jugs of water with 3 jugs and one tap?" is going to determine my skills as a digital marketing executive? There was another question "If you had to start a start-up business what it would be and how would you grow it?" If I had answer to the question I would have not travelled so far from the railway station to your office and write that harrowing questionnaire. Ofcourse I didn't make it to the next round so it was a complete waste of time. Advice to the HR and management: If you haven't already, please drop these questions from the questionnaire for this job profile. Puts your organization in a very very bad light.
