Entrevista
The process was a one-day selection process, hotel & accomodation provided which is very rare in today's aviation assessment. Highly professional team, demanding but not overwhelming. It consisted of a few pass/fail steps, including company presentation, document check, group excercice, an hour interview with 3 instructors and a sim session.
