Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Wolters Kluwer.
Entrevista
Have been referred to many jobs at Wolters Kluwer. Always the same - go through filling out lengthy online app and uploading resume. I get call from contract recruiter, set up phone interview. Always told that they will be speaking with hiring manager and will get back to me about next round interviews. Every single time I hear back 4-6 weeks after initial phone interview that they decided to go with internal candidate. Not sure if this is the 'excuse' used to cut the list, or if they really are only promoting from within. If that's the case, why drag someone through the process - screen internal candidates first.
Two interview rounds — first with Human Resources, then with department managers. Interesting questions and discussions during both rounds. This occurred several years ago so I do not remember too many details about the interviews.

The department manager was hostile and rude, full-on narcissist. He had obvious confidence issues and touted his "position" at WK in a failed attempt to overcompensate for what was clearly a personality deficiency.

What do you find challenging? Where do you see yourself in five years? What are your weaknesses? Very bland, generic questions overall.
