It was a long, but positive experience. I was contacted initially by a recruiter and completed two phone interviews with her before being selected to appear for an in person interview. I met with a panel of three staff which included program trainers, executives and an operations executive. They were all friendly and professional, and they were genuinely interested in learning about my background and experience.
