Entrevista
2 stages: your immediate supervisor and a CXO level interviewer. Interviews were decent but you could tell at the first stage that the interviewer wasn’t a seasoned interviewer. There were delays of up to one week over projected next step times. At the end I was rejected, but offered an interview with the CEO for a position that wasn’t published. There was no official job description. 80 percent of the interview wasn’t about my competencies. The rejection email was obviously copied and pasted for the tier 2 customer service representative role, even though I had interviewed for another one by that point. The whole process from being invited to an interview to the final rejection took over a month. Assuming the standard 2 weeks notice that’s 6 weeks from interview 1 to eventual hire - displaying a lack of urgency to fill the role. It was awesome that they were transparent with salary in writing from the start, so the interviews could be purely about fit for the role. This interview process is worth your time as long as you have other opportunities in the pipeline, but would leave a reasonable person worried about the level of disorganization in a company that has existed in its current form for 10 years.
