Came in for an onsite where the entire team was almost 45 minutes late as they were coming from an "event." I was asked to put together a 30 minute presentation to present to roughly 5-6 people on the team. Following the interview, I was asked to send in samples of my work and from there, they'd get back to me in the next week or so with a final decision. A couple of weeks pass, I never received any response after sending multiple follow up emails. Interviewing is a two way street. For a company that asks candidates to present to an entire panel and then send in samples of their work, I would think the least they can do is respond with a simple status update.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Workato (San Francisco, CA).
Entrevista
Workato reached out to me twice to interview for a position. The first time, I spoke to the recruiter and the hiring manager and got ghosted. The second time, I spoke to the recruiter, and hiring manager and received a take-home assignment. I started on the assignment and a few days later, I was notified that the position was no longer needed. After these two experiences, I feel that this company does not value a candidate’s time. I would be cautious about working for them
