Very long and drawn out process and hardest series of interviews of my life. I had 4 phone/video interviews. Then 3 on-site interviews and a panel presentation. I spent a lot of time preparing and traveling and in the end they went internal. Hard to get responses or updates from recruiter. The team I interviewed with was great though, I’m sorry it didn’t work out.

First call with recruiter, 3 interviews and a mock steerco. They make it clear they cannot pay above the mid range, although they advertise the entire range. I was excluded from the interview process on pay grounds.
