Recruiter contacted me about.an open position that I might be a good fit for. I was interested, so she had me complete the online application. I then interviewed with her on the phone as a pre-screening type. The next round was with the hiring manager. it was only 30 min and he didn’t ask very good questions.

Had an initial phone screen, seemed to go well, recruiter was nice, we discussed the role and my experience. Mentioned that I’d potentially be a good fit and spoke on next steps, meeting with the hiring manager, salary expectations etc…then nothing, never heard back, emailed the recruiter/linkedin messaged, no application rejection just radio silence - completely baffled, and disappointed.
