Pretty good hiring process. Contacted recruiter via Linkedin for a job that was posted on linkedIn. Everything went smooth and entire process was done in 2 weeks. Everyone at workday is pretty humble and has a great attitude to hire smart people. They set clear expectation and instructions are pretty clear.
