It was very straightforward. First was a pre-qual screener call with a recruiter, followed by a skill assessment. After that, a brief one on one with a Manager and then a final panel interview. They absolutely wanted to be sure of a good fit for the company as far as skills, and personality.

The process was very clear-cut. I had a brief phone screen with a member of the HR Team. Per their process, I then had to take a test similar to the SAT but much shorter. After the test was completed, I met with someone doing the role on the PS team where they asked role-specific questions and analyzed skillset. After that, I had a 3-hour session with a few managers and the VP of the team.
