Zoom interview with line manager leading to another call with director. pleasant and professional. Questions mostly regarding past roles and performance. Overall the process did not take long. I would suggest having figures to quote

Entrevista
In person interview, taking place at the companies office. A chat followed by a 30 60 90 presentation taking place sales director and one of the owners. The people I met there briefly seemed happy and pleasant and there were people coming in and out of the office frequently, so it seemed fairly fast paced. I was advised to expect to hear back from recruiter that day following a second interview. Unfortunately XBM never provided me with any kind of feedback whatsoever after the two interviews I attended. An offer or not, the bare minimum a workplace can do when interviewing is to offer any kind of response after an interview, not just blank you completely. What's worse is the recruiter said that they arent responding to them either. It really put me off XBM as a prospective employer. Beware of potentially completely wasting your time. (Please dont take my review as bitterness to not getting an offer, its precisely the wasting of my time by not letting me know either way).
