I was contacted for a position in High Bridge and was required to travel to their corporate offices following two phone interviews. One was with the recruiter and the other was with the hiring manager. Both conversations were pleasant. A few days before the interview, I emailed the recruiter to confirm the interview since I was traveling to the office. The recruiter never responded. I showed up to the office and met the recruiter at the reception area. He takes me to a conference room and informs me that one of the individuals could not make the interview and that I would have about an hour in between meetings. I met with several individuals and one arrogant sales manager who did not even know what position I was interviewing for. At the end of the process (about 4 hours ) I was escorted out by a secretary. The recruiter didn't even bother to follow up with me. The best part is that they never bothered to reimburse me for my expenses.
Initial interview with HR went well. Hiring manager was nearly 20 minutes late for second interview. Not selected, but I was told my credentials were impressive and they would keep me in mind for future roles. Yet, the role I interviewed for has been reposted at least twice since the interview with the hiring manager.

Entrevista
Normal prescreen and then a phone interview. The initial person I was supposed to Iinterview with did not conduct it. The replacement person did not seem prepared. I had a feeling they did not look at my Resume' or understand my current experience. I feel this cost me the opportunity for a face to face. I was not impressed with their recruiting process. I have full confidence I was a strong candidate and this did not give me a good impression of the company.
