A mix of casual but also structured Q&A. The call with the MD was in using an online meeting tool.

Can you describe how you handled a difficult situation and what you did to overcome this?
I applied online, 3 rounds interviews. The experience is pleasant and they usually send you the interviewer' availability to block time to minimize the scheduling email back and forth.
They want to hire the right candidate and I tried to follow up - no response

Quick Initial telephone interview with talent manager. Talent manager called an hour later than scheduled but apologized. Seemed distracted and completely uninterested and didn’t bother to review my CV. Time wasted
It was 2 parts . First, there was an online interview. Prior to that, there was an online test. If you pass both, it is followed by an in person interview. The test and interviews were pretty straightforward and overall, I enjoyed the experience.
