The interview process started with a phone call with a recruiter, a google hangout with the managers in New Zealand, and a face to face. At the face to face interview there was supposed to be a written portion that they had forgot to give me. I had to go back to the office two weeks after and take it. After so much back and fourth with Xero I was informed the day after the writing portion that they had filled the positioned. The communication was poor, I called multiple times to get information and the email server had failed numerous times. I had high hopes and am disappointed with the process, being it took almost a month to find out that the position had already been filled.
