given a time limit to complete 3 different test formats, the technical questions from places like leetcode etc while I understand why they are used to gauge a certain level, I feel are redundant or is an unfair advantage for people potentially with ADHD which struggle under a specific high pressure time environment to solve answers, to things that if presented to many engineers I would guess many would fail to solve unless they were practicing those exactly problems everyday I'm mostly answering this to keep using glassdoor, no hard feelings and I still think the interview process is still valid despite my frustrations with technical questions, doing it online is better than expecting people to solve it in person

After the online interview, the company gave me insightful feedback to improve my performance. Its interview was the most enjoyable compared to the other companies I applied for. For future applicants, I felt that the company values applicants' efforts to prepare their answers before the interview, so make sure to go through its values and goals thoroughly.

Easy interview question but requires clear communication, values human interaction more than having a lot of knowledge over standard tech coding interview questions. Overall a very pleasant interview experience, would love to recommend to anyone
