There were 3 rounds. First was aptitude which contains normal aptitude questions. 2nd was a programming test (language whatever suits you) 3rd was Technical as well as Hr interview, both were conducted by same person. I was selected and final discussion for salary they asked me to wait for a week so that they can discuss with their superiors. After a week when i asked them they said we can give you a joining as of fresher(and i am having experience of 1 year). Suggestion- Do not waste the time of a candidate. Instead of giving fake offer Simply ask them what package you can offer and tell them genuinely that you can not provide them their expected CTC.
