There was no interview - The "Talent Acquisition Partner" reached out to me directly to set up a phone interview and never showed up for the call. I emailed him asking if we needed to reschedule and never got a response back. This seems to be normal for the Georgia location from what I'm reading, although many other candidates at least received a response. The lack of professionalism in recruiting for a company like Yamaha is very disappointing, especially when you took time out of your day to speak with a representative who specifically reached out to you for your time. Utter disregard and lack of respect for the time and energy of others.
