This role is very similar to an implementation specialist role. Interview starts with an telephone round from the HR. This was a very casual introduction exchange round with a bit of overview of my qualification and previous experience and what transferable skill set I bring to the table. Since this role involves client interaction, verbal communication is something the HR will evaluate as well. The next round was with all the team leads of different team as they ask questions to find out the best fit into a team. The questions were more behavioral based to see how you handle clients. The next round was with the Manager and Director of the company who will asked questions more on the technical front. It was overall a 20 day process for me and it successfully got converted into an offer.

Took about a month to hear back from initial application date. -Assessment was sent & completed before the recruiter screening -Recruiter screen -Panel interview -Notified they would like to move forward the following day & asked to fill background check paper work -Conditional offer letter the following day -Background check cleared -Offer letter & onboarding
