I met with the team lead and interviewed with her and 2 weeks later the VP of the department who hired me on the spot. I was later contacted by HR to come in and was officially offered the position.

Entrevista
It is a two part interview process. One initial typical interview and the second involves a presentation in front of leads and directors. Presenting is part of the job, so the second part ensures you're ready for that aspect.

The people were very nice, it was a two-interviews process - a ten minute phonecall and then an hour for the interview with the department manager. It took a while for them to review my application, but acter the callback it was a speedy process.
