I did a total of 3 interviews, the final interview was a demo of the software you will be selling, straight forward. One of the questions asked in the 2nd interview was what is your favorite book?

So unprofessional. Clearly did not read nor look over my resume. Asked me “how did you hear about Yardi?” I advised my current company uses Yardi as a software. The second I mentioned my current employer’s name the recruiter stops me from talking and advises she cannot continue any further. Such a waste of time. If she read my resume and seen where I was currently working she could’ve saved us both time.
