Was for a position at a new WiFi division formed due to an acquisition. Had a half hour phone screen. Recruiter called me 10 minutes late and seemed like she had done so many phone screens that day that she was completely disengaged and on autopilot.

Pretty standard questions for an initial phone screen about customer/client relationships and problem solving
Recruiter was solid leading me through the process. Met with the team manager and other team leads. No technical round even though the role required coding knowledge. I made it to the last round but didn't get it because lack of experience with enterprise clients.
