The interview process felt disorganized. From the start, things seemed rushed, and there wasn’t much effort from HR to properly set expectations. I wasn’t given clear information about who I would be meeting with or how each stage of the process would differ, which made it difficult to prepare effectively. Throughout the interviews, many of the same questions were repeated across multiple rounds, which made the process feel redundant and inefficient. It was also surprising and honestly excessive to go through multiple (3+) rounds of interviews without ultimately receiving an offer. Most disappointing was the lack of feedback following the decision. After investing a significant amount of time in the process, it would have been helpful to understand what led to their decision. Overall, the experience felt poorly coordinated, and I would encourage the company to improve communication, streamline their interview process, and provide candidates with clearer expectations and feedback.
