Well I can go a little lighter on the make-up if given the position. (Might I also mention I had on earthy neutral tones that day while being interviewed by a woman that had "frosty" blue eye shadow that wasn't blended in and an HR manager that had silver hair that looked like it was a hair piece from the hair club for men.)
