Entrevista
Worked through a head hunter. Meet with the sales managers, Dir of operations, and VP of Sales, Larry, for an in person. Everyone was pretty up front. The only surprise was the expectation of salary from what the headhunter said, and what the company said. I did a couple of phone screens prior to interviewing.

Larry wanted to get a feel for who I was as a person. The rest of the of interview was pretty standard for what one would expect if they prepared.

Contacted by the HR for a face to face interview/personal questions, then scheduled for another round of interview for the technical and once you made it, you will be able to face the final judgement with the company Director. :-)

Entrevista
Comfortable. Some 1on1 conversations with management and a group conversation with development team (2 current developers) Interview was not as technical as some of the others but seemed to pull back on questions once I answered first questions. Asked a lot of questions about what I knew about company. Do your homework before going in.
