There was an initial screening call with the CTO, followed by a live coding challenge a few days afterwards. The CTO was laid back and very friendly. Made me feel at ease throughout the process.
The coding challenge was quite tricky, but the CTO was very nice and provided a lot of insight and information to help along the way. It felt more like a pair coding exercise. It was a very enjoyable experience.
