Good friendly interviewers. Did a good job explaining what the company does. Very young team. lots of questions relating to APIs, YouTube etc. Fairly straightforward software and dev related questions. Interviewed by a product manager which was nice
The process took +3 months. I applied to the Software Engineer role in the same day that it was posted. The HR-TA contacted me 3 months later to schedule the interview. I applied to multiple jobs at this company and accepted their interview request. I asked concrete questions regarding the role but mostly no clear answers were given, the whole interview felt fuzzy. According to my observations, the roles are posted with no intention of hiring. The roles are listed for months (both on company website and third-party websites) but when I asked during the interview they said that they’re filled.
I found the interview with HR TA (A R) quite unprofessional. The interview was cancelled twice. During the whole interview the dog was in the same room and constantly barked in the background (imagine if candidate did this). This is either tricking their employees that they’re “hiring” to “ease their workload”, or they make their investors believe that they’re “growing”.

Entrevista
I applied online and got a call from the recruiting HR in 2-3 weeks. It was general behavioral questions and I had to fill out a few answers to basic questions like "what do you know about DW?", AWS etc. The recruiter was polite and very cordial and urged me to get in touch pending a decision in the following week. She told me to keep her reminded of me so that she can push my case. I did the following week and made a few follow ups short of calling on the phone in the following weeks(over 3-4 weeks). No reply!!
