The interview process lasted about 1,5 months and it was pretty straightforward. I got through all 3 stages of the process however was rejected on the basis that I did not have experience as the other candidate in a certain field which I mentioned to the recruiter during the initial chat. To be fair it was frustrating and annoying given every person who interviewed me knew this but still were inviting me to the next interview. Mixed feeling about the whole process.

Okay. Pretty straightforward since the hiring manager handled everything from start to finish. I didn't have to face the regular HR huddle. That implied that !ost of the questions were focused on knowledge and experience. Quite a few questions on fitness for the company, but it was more about fitting into the role and team. I guess if these two were met, fitting into the organization comes with the full package
