Entrevista
I'll be honest - I got lucky with the interview. The process was very fast, but also exhausting. It took about two weeks total (HR + 2 live coding sessions, 2 technical interviews, and a system design round).
The interviews were quite similar to what you'd expect at Amazon, but unfortunately, the total compensation they offered was on par with low-budget companies — felt a bit like lowballing candidates.
What really turned me off was the overwhelming number of negative reviews about the company and its internal processes.
In the end, the offer just wasn't worth the time invested. If you have the bandwidth for 5+ rounds, you're probably better off applying to Amazon instead.

The process was structured and engaging, testing both technical depth and communication skills. Overall, a great learning experience that felt fair and well-balanced.
