Entrevista
The interview was very straightforward. Asked about what hours you are available, previous retail experience, what you liked or didn't like about previous jobs, and why you want to work at Zara.
Online group interview with the HR director. The questions were quite casual. Asked about how’s my life going in Sydney, self-introduction, nothing related to jobs in fact. After the interview I was invited to the store, as a training day.

Entrevista
Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses

Online form, with submission of cv and then a group interview with 7/8 more people. we did introductions, we were given some scenarios and were asked to answer 1 at a time, we were then asked our availabilities
