I had 2 phone interviews, first with HR and then with the hiring mgr. I thought both went well and the hiring mgr and I had a lot in common and the conversation ended on a positive note. HR sent me a message afterwards, confirming my positive feeling and stated they would want me to come in person after Thanksgiving. I sent both a thank you message and confirmed my interest in the position. Then silence! I've read this same complaint with others on glassdoor. I even sent follow up messages to both HR and the Mgr to get a status check and still silence. 2 months later, no calls, no e-mail. Common professional courtesy is to at least send a "thank you, but denied" e-mail. Shame the company doesn't realize that negative feedback prevents qualified individuals from applying to jobs in the future
