Applied online for the position and got rejected in 2-3 days. I got an email a few weeks later, that they would like to organize a video interview, what I accepted. I was the only one with turned on camera. interviewers didn't care about turning their camera on. It was a technical interview. Some of the questions were professional, some of them were not. For example I have no idea what could they determine about my experience, when they ask about my 3 most used Linux commands. I've emailed them if they could share the next steps regarding the hiring process, and they said the position was closed. I got an automatic email on next week to apply for the same position again. The position was advertised for a few more months.
