I applied for the role in Dublin office. Organized well from the recruiter in Dublin. Interview 1.st round scheduled, but in Cork. I traveled there to meet hiring manager day earlier, since Interview was scheduled for early morning. This part ok. They pay at least expense of taxi back to bus station, after interview finished,aldo Head office is dislocated on country side,hardly find it, omnot in Cork. I went back to Dublin and than week after was second round interview in Dublin. After that interview I didn't get feedback or email for next 10 days.Than finally after my email, respond and apologises stating that internal shareholders still have consultations? Than I waited for one more week or more and still no reply or at least indication or decent information. After one more week I receive email stating that hiring manager is on holidays. I email them and ask to withdraw my informations. They need to have in mind and improve internal and external communication to candidates, but also informed them in decent time frames. My experience was disapoitment and just apologies after my email. This was for me disrespectful and complete waste of time and money, with no proper information and feedback on time. My advice is to definetly improve internal and external communication to candidates and more promptly answer, particularly with people who are already interviewed. Also no point for people and jobs in Dublin to have interviews in Cork, like I traveled on my own expense for 1 St round Interview. Also in all that long draining process they called my references that I provided,before consulting me and offering me any contract or job offer. Complete waste of time. Hope they will improve and coordinate better in future for other applicants.
