Candidatei-me on-line. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Zillow (Centennial, CO) em abr. de 2018
This was a very quick process for me. From the day I heard to recruiting to my final interview and offer was 1.5 weeks. I had an extremely positive experience.
- What concerns you about sales?
- How do you manage your day?
- How have you grown revenue in the past?
- How do you handle change?

I applied online and received an email from the recruiter within 15mins. We then scheduled a phone call to take place later in the week. During the call we discussed why I wanted to leave my current company, what am I looking for in a position, as well as compensation expectations and benefits. Next I had a call with the hiring manager. During this call the manager was interested in my skills in sales as well as my personal interest. I then went onsite and interviewed in a group setting with three Zillow employees (hiring manager, another manager, and the GM). I was tasked to prepare a presentation discussing Zillow's value prop, growth strategies, and their place in the real estate industry. The presentation lasted 15mins, then 35 mins of question. During this time they went round robin asking questions. Finally it ended with 10 mins of my questions for them. The Zillow team really valued the questions I had for them (both during the in person and on the phone) and this was one of the area I shined in the interview process. I went back onsite for addtional interviews. This came off as unconventional in their hiring process. I met 30mins with the hiring manager and 30mins with a different GM/ Site Leader. This step was really beneficial for me to talk with the hiring manager in a candid format, which in my situation was the opportunity to tell them I was no longer interested in the role. The conversation with the Site Leader was straight forward and teh typical conversation you would have with someone running an office (very high level, no specifics, general business conversation).
- If I were blind how would you describe the color blue to me?
- You dont have much inside sales experience, how would you handle sitting in a cubicle and dialing the phone all day?

30 minute phone screen with recruiter. 30 minute call with Manager. In person for an hour meeting with Director and Manager. Recruiter called me to say I didn't get the job when she said she would so I appreciate her keeping her word.
- Tell me a time when......

Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Zillow.
Couldn't have been smoother. I've been on a bunch of interviews and generally the process is scattered, confusing, inefficient, and long. The experience with Zillow was honest, open, and above all, human.
- Why Zillow, why now?
- What about your background do you feel would help you in this role?
Candidato(a) sigiloso(a) à entrevista – Irvine, CA
Candidatei-me on-line. Fui entrevistado pela Zillow (Irvine, CA) em ago. de 2016
A Disabled Veteran with MBA and years of Real Estate Knowledge and Real Estate Connections in California Market couldn't get an in office interview with Zillow. I worked at a major financial institution working with California Realtors so I have deep connections to real estate. I had a great experience with the Seattle Zillow Recruiter and he liked my real estate my experience, deep connections to realtors, education and what I could bring to Zillow. Before my scheduled 2nd Interview I went to 2 Premier Zillow agent’s offices that I knew to learn about Zillow’s products so I could prepare for my 2nd Interview. I had my 2nd Interview with a Sales/Manager well but it appears they want more a car or gym membership sale experience vs real estate sales, knowledge and connections which are more valuable when marketing to real estate agents. Wish them all the best ...
- Asked to sell him a product and I pitched him to buy another Zip code and upgrade to Zillow Premier Agent Services.
