Aptitude test..the test included iq . Verbal interview...the interview was cariied out by a panel of four people from engineering, the human resurces department, foundry foreman and a generalmanager. And finally medical examination...first i went to works clinic where i was tested my sight. alertness, urine and hearing then i went chest diagnosis to check if i had chest problems.
