Screening interview by recruiter followed for 30 mins, follow up interview by 4 people, 30 min each from the program. Various backgrounds on the panel. General questions, not very targeted or specific overall.

A recruiter reached out to me the day after I applied online. We connected later that week, and had a great conversation. The recruiter told me they would like to have me speak with the hiring manager, and a recruiting coordinator would reach out to schedule that. The coordinator took several days to reach out. I finally connected with the hiring manager, and it was a strangely informal chat… they didn't really ask me many questions about my experience, and the call was only scheduled for 30 minutes. I sent a thank you note to the recruiter to pass along, but was ghosted with zero follow up.

The initial process was fine, spoke with the recruiter then with the hiring manager. Then it got weird. She said I was meeting with someone else the next day but that had never been communicated to me; then when I did speak with that other person she said the recruiter would be in touch within a few days. It’s been 6 weeks since I heard from them until receiving the thank you but no thank you email today. I could have followed up sooner but I received a job offer I actually wanted more the Monday I was expecting to hear from them.
