Very long process.. Interview nearly 10 people. The company is an inmature startup, despite being trading in stock. Very disappointing experience. Offer was so low that was insulting, how you expect hire Senior SRE for 85k USD.. ? no bonus.. sad equity, sad insurance... terrible offer. When asked to formalize the offer in a letter, 8 days later come with a story of 'we need to hold the headcount and restructure the team, we will contact you later'.. really disappointing, i though this company was serious. i withdraw and dont want to work for a company that behaves in this way.
