The interview process was normal. I applied online and uploaded a cover letter. A recruiter called me and then passed me to the next level. There, I had a meeting with two people from the experience team. I explained to them my previous experience in the manufacturing industry. They didn't seem to get it and told me I wasn't a good fit.
