Good process - quite a few stages but was kept up to date with how the process was progressing. Nothing negative at all to say about it. All of the interviews were conducted virtually not in person.

Entrevista
A month after applying for the job, I received a link to complete an online assessment. I was called for an initial interview and then I had to complete a writing task before the second interview with brand and marketing managers. I got to the final stage, which was an interview with one of the co-founders. I was told HR would be in touch for next steps, but they weren’t. I emailed them a week after the third interview and got no reply. Two weeks after that, I received an email from HR (not in response to my previous message, which went without reply) asking for “a catch up” that week. I replied on the day with my availability only to be ghosted again. I tried reaching out via LinkedIn, but that was ignored, too. Such a disappointing end to the interview process, which had gone smoothly.

Entrevista
It was a smooth interview process with the team. The video interview covered competency-based questions around the job. The team members I met were knowledgeable and friendly. Overall it was a great experience.
