Intake gesprek verliep vlot, er was ruimte voor informele invulling.
Verder werd de focus op teamplay gelegd om te garanderen dat bij deze functie niet enkel naar het eigen profiel werd gekeken, dit om ook de vestiging in Amerika naar te toekomst te voorzien.

Recruiter reached out for a phone interview after reviewing my resume and application. She did mention at the end of the interview that the only thing she could see that might not make me a viable candidate from the eyes of the hiring manager would be my "lack of experience" in ERP Systems.
If my lack of experience in ERP Systems was an issue, I'm not entirely sure why the recruiter contacted me for a phone screen in the first place.
Moving forward, I would *strongly* suggest doing your homework with regards to reviewing resumes / LinkedIn profiles of potential candidates; doing so would save both you and the candidate a lot of time in your quest to fill your position.

Process required too many steps/phases/rounds. 3-4 interviews for an Inventory Control position is excessive. Meeting with multiple different people on different days at different times is difficult for an employed candidate.
