I was approached by a recruiter who provided me with all the necessary details about the role, the benefits, the interview stages, etc.. I was happy to proceed and had an initial teams call a few days later which lasted about 30 minutes. They went through the role, asked about my experience, asked some technical questions and some general questions about my interests and hobbies. Was a great interview and felt very relaxed. They then wanted to book an on site interview a couple of days later, which would last an hour. When I arrived I was offered a hot drink and then proceeded to one of the meeting rooms. I was met with a tech lead, asked about the journey, etc. Again, very relaxed, semi informal. Went into some more technical questions and some of the tech that they use, but it felt very conversational. Overall it was a very good experience, the people were friendly, the office and environment were great and they don't make you jump through several hoops as part of the process. The whole process from the 30 minute call to receiving an offer took about 1.5, weeks, so they move quite fast.
