Interviewed with the President conversationally. It was more of a sale of the position than drilling questions on experience. Met a few team members, but no panel interview. This is a small software company with great potential.

Consisted of two in-person interviews. First interview was a behavioral interview. The second interview was a more technical interview, that required me to be familiar with their software.
