The process took 3 weeks, the first 2 steps were virtual, filling out tests online and no human interaction, then I had the first and only interview with the hiring manager who came late and seemed as if was his first time reading my CV, very unpleasant experience, after 10 mins of random questions they said that "You seem like a nice guy, but you don't fit in this role".
