Applied early morning like 8 am, got a call at 1 pm. Was asked to come in 2 days later for an interview, due to me moving states, I was able to push my interview 5 days later. Real smooth interview, manager wanted me to meet the Manager Protection Specialist but due to him being out of town, my second interview happened via FaceTime 2 days after coming in. Got a call about 3 hours after second interview by manager extending job offer. Discussed pay, benefits and length of background check. A week later, I started.

Very brief interview lasting no longer than 15 min and asked what I would do in certain scenarios that could happen in the store. Then they did a little personality test to see if I would be a fit among the other employees

It was pretty easy. The manager asked pretty simple questions. Just make sure to score high on the personality quiz you take online during your application, I heard they look at your results to see if they will give you an interview or not.
