I called to see the status of my application, when hiring manager asked me to go in for a interview the same day, he asked me questions about my past work experience and sceniarios. He mentioned he would call me in a few days, he did and advised me i wa hired.

There was no interview, it was straight into onboarding. I gave all my information, then was sent to take a 4 hour assessment for onboarding. It was a paid assessment, however.
