There was a series of 3 interviews. The first one was with a current SDR. The SDR did the preliminary vetting process. The second and third interviews involved the head of HR and one of the two owners.

Entrevista
The interview process was rather straightforward. Started with a phone screen. Typical questions, like why sales, etc. After the screening, I was contacted for an in person interview. They asked that I complete a small exercise before coming in, essentially it was coming up with a list of questions to qualify a lead. The guy interviewing me, although very nice, seemed way too enthusiastic and eager to hire. After the interview, I was asked to do a mock sales call. After doing this, I was given the offer.

Entrevista
The interview process consistent of a preliminary phone call and then an in person interview. During the interview they asked typical sales questions. I spoke with 3-4 individuals who talked to me about the position and the responsibilities. Everyone was extremely friendly and down to earth. Seems like a great working enviornment.
