The first question was very strange. How to you feel about sarcasm?

I was taken off guard and before answering the question, the interviewer laughed and said "because we use sarcasm here all the time". The interview staff was very unprofessional with every question and joked and laughed after every answer I gave. I felt belittled in the interview, possibly because I am a female in an industry dominated by men. Very little respect was given to me and my 20 years' experience in IT. Menos

I felt that my experience in Warehouse Management Systems, ERP Systems and Consumer Packaged Goods made this a potential fit where my skills align well with the needs expressed in the job posting. Menos
The leadership team tended to be "out of step" with current trends in industry so there were not any difficult or unexpected questions. What was unexpected was a comment regarding a degree of disbelief in my well documented experience. In retrospect, that may have been more of a reflection on the time it takes to make progress on more initiatives due to the culture there.

Have you handled major systems replacements and worked to manage several other projects at the same time to ensure interoperability.

I have experience in this area so I answered with examples. You will need to have experience PMing multiple medium/large projects simultaneously for this kind of role here. Menos
